Remember the moments where you felt like you were held captive and didn’t fully know, how to set yourself free?
We see the window covered with a curtain, yet we don’t remove the curtain, to open the window. Sometimes isolation feels safe. Sometimes being alone feels safer than opening up the window to freedom.
satan knows how to play women. He will start with the mind. If he can get to your mind and keep you a prisoner of your own thoughts, Then you are inactive and the kingdom of heaven. This is exactly where he wants you. He doesn’t want you serving to any capacity within your church, home, day to day activities, anything that would glorify the Lord.
Imagine opening the curtain, looking out the window, but this time, opening the window to freedom. Allowing the winds of peace, grace, healing and so much more to hit your face. Imagine you were in control of your own healing?
Ephesians 4:23 (AMPC) says, Be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude]. Every day we need to take time to study the Word so we can purposely think according to what it says. With the help of the Holy Spirit, we can have the mind of Christ (see 1 Corinthians 2:16), know who we are in Christ, and be free of strongholds that will keep us from God’s “good and acceptable and perfect will” for us.
