The Power of Massage: A Journey to Wellness and Relaxation

In our fast-paced, high-stress world, finding ways to relax and rejuvenate is more important than ever. Among the so many available options, massage therapy stands out as a profoundly effective method for enhancing physical and mental well-being. In the year 2023, I began getting massages about once a month, because I suffered a head trauma, I developed cervical neck instability and had to go through Prolozone therapy, just a natural form of therapy in which needles and ozone are involved. This was not fun. Ozone would be injected on the back of my neck and mid back to help my ligaments and tissues as well as muscle gain strength. Through this process I had a wonderful doctor who advised I get a massage once a month or weekly. I thought to myself well that’s just self care, but it’s so much more than that.

Massages helped me heal, now it’s a monthly practice for me. I even have my husband doing it.
